Finely Inlaid Continental Tilt Top Table

Late 19th century, of rosewood and rosewood veneers with mixed satin and boxwood inlays, the top featuring a carriage scene with travelers beneath a bouquet (possibly a wedding scene), supported by a turned spiral twist standard raised on three highly ornamented carved feet.

30 x 30 in. diameter.

Feet re-glued; block appears to be a replacement.
