Early French Breguet Pocket Watch

Possibly late 18th century, the movement signed "Breguet a Paris" and numbered 12689, engine turned silver dial (42mm) with Roman numerals, the gilt brass case marked LETON and having an enamel painted scene on the back. Presented in a hinged walnut case.
