Early 20th century, deep cobalt field heavily overlaid with gold on each side with an exceptionally detailed reserve, one hand-painted with a scene of a young man receiving a victor's laurel wreath and the opposite depicting a young woman entering a carriage both artist signed, each elaborate ram's head handle is surrounded by a tasseled garland, the tapering urn base fits into a pedestal base of conforming design by means of a turned metal rod. Underside of the base marked ''Dresden.''
