Birmingham (1904) hallmarks, sponsor's mark for William Devenport, rectangular form with ornate foliate scroll motif and reticulated decoration, cast swing handle, the central well engraved "Presented to Mr. & Mrs. J. Timmer by the Staff of the Shore Dept. P. E. Harbour Board on the celebration of their Silver Wedding Jan. 6th. 1880-1905."
