The hinged rectangular form case with engraved detail to upper left corner opening to reveal a double sided leather lined interior with envelope pockets for cards, with an oval link chain, stamped 14KT, with a maker's mark, and stamped "24 D." Case reverse engraved, "To the one we love most / D. and B. / April 25, 1922."
