Both carved wood, the first a paint decorated Mossi horn mask (50 in.) (two areas of wood loss to one horn; expected wear with age); the second a Dogon horned mask surmounted by a female figure, with remnants of kaolin on the mask (35 in.) (female with restoration to both hands).
