Circa 1925, the base signed "TH. ULLMANN" and with foundry mark for Arthur Rubinstein of Vienna, Austria, on a stepped onyx base.

One hand re-attached; wear to enameling; tight stable cracks with some discoloration to ivory head and shoulder; small chip to raised ivory foot; missing one "jewel" to armband.
