Early 20th century, four panel screen, colors on paper, black background vividly decorated with a myriad of energetic birds including a falcon, phoenix, roosters, and pheasants fly among chrysanthemums, peonies, magnolias, and poppies.

Very good condition with edges of screen panels showing wear and loss; the painted surface has a few scratches with loss to the black pigment mainly on upper areas and lower areas of the panels; some minor creases to paper noticeable on the right most panel.
