Antique Silver-Gilt and Diamond En Tremblant Brooch

Designed as a floral spray and set with one rose cut diamond, slightly pear shaped with flat bottom (7.0 x 6.5mm) and set throughout with (163) tablet diamonds (4.00mm - 8.00mm) and with a "jeweled" encrusted hand set to the base presenting the bouquet, completed with single pin stem. Diamonds are I clarities and low colors.
