Circa 1870, mahogany, shaped crest rail, pierced and carved back support in the form of ribbon and tassel, damask upholstered slip seat, acanthus carved knee, on ball and claw feet.

Later upholstery; break and repair to back left leg at foot; crack to front left foot.
