19th century, ink, colors, and gilt on paper, very finely painted female court figure dressed in rich red robes with five-clawed dragons amid clouds layered over a skirt with dragon over waves, sides of silk draped over chair have seal script longevity characters, detailed floral flooring, gilded paint on her very finely painted headdress, formerly a hanging scroll now framed under glass, not examined outside of the frame.
