A yakshi (or tree spirit) is said to be able to make a tree blossom and bear fruit by just touching it, in this sculpture the yakshi is standing holding one leg at an angle, in her other hand she holds flowers, she stands under a tree, depicted with a protruding stomach and full breasts emphasizing her fertility, backside of the sculpture is rough.
