Mintage of 91,584. Walter Breen, in his Complete Encyclopedia of U. S. and Colonial Coins, describes this desirable Dahlonega issue as, "...Always weak in centers. Ex. rare UNC." The soft curls at the ear of this example certainly validate Breen's observation. Excellent surfaces remarkably free of marks for this grade.
