Includes Bamboo Forest and Bamboo in the Wind with Uchida publisher marks on lower corners of both, ink and colors on paper, Eiichi illustrates in his bamboo prints the graceful but strong nature of these trees as they bend but do not break, bamboo is a motif used in Asian culture to represent resilience, Eiichi was a popular artist working in the Shin Hanga tradition during mid-20th century,
identically framed in faux bamboo frames with mat under glass, not examined outside of frame.
