George III Tilt Top Adjustable Reading Table

Circa 1800, mahogany, rectangular molded top with central adjustable book shelf and removable ledge which fits into any one of three hole stop positions, the whole tilt top is secured by two iron latches to underside, ring turned standard, on brass casters.
