A Gorham Sterling Silver Child's Bowl and Plate

The bowl with 1927 date symbol, pattern number A12374/1, decorated with scenes of two Dutch children at play along a shoreline (3.85 troy oz., 2 x 4.5 in. diameter) (some denting); the plate is unmarked, possibly silverplate, but with similar decoration.
