French Empire Style Inlaid Marble Top Commode

Circa 1900, mahogany, mixed wood veneers, oak secondary, shaped rouge marble top with molded edge, three shaped drawers with banded and floral urn inlays, canted corners with ormolu mounts, inlaid paneled sides, on short cabriole legs.

Marble broken in several pieces and with some losses and chips; shrinkage cracks to sides of case; veneer chips; fading to finish.
