Late 19th century, walnut, with burlwood and light wood inlay, ornately carved and reticulated back, with inlaid plaque featuring shepherd and goats, over a molded and serpentine seat, with repeating inlays, on cabriole legs, unmarked.

Seat originally hinged and now secured with later screws; slight looseness to back.
