Centering on one bezel set oval cabochon blue sapphire (possibly synthetic) weighing approximately 1.90 carats and accented to each side with six bead set diamonds with a combined weight of the twelve diamonds of .57 total carat (H-I color, SI-I clarity), gemstones with a white gold mount and completed with a carved yellow gold shank, stamped 14KT.

Sapphire has a very slightly greenish blue hue, very dark tone, and moderately strong saturation.

Good estate condition; some abrading to sapphire; a couple of diamonds with chips; some scratches to gold mount from wear, evidence of sizing.
