Mark of Eaton, Gordon & Bogert of Newburgh, NY, retailed by Ball, Black & Co. of New York, NY, circa 1856-1860, marked twice to underside of base, the twisted wirework basket with central well incorporating a finely cast ram's head mask, six cast foliate scroll brackets support a delicate silver link swag below bowl, all raised on a textured standard terminating in three dragon's claw and paw feet atop a shaped plinth with engraved decoration to recessed panels.
