The first a watercolor on paper of a coastal scene dated "Sept. 30 '94" at the lower left, matted and framed under glass (DOA 11.25 x 16.25 in.) (some nicking to frame - not examined out of the frame); and the second an oil on board of a forest interior with ramshackle outbuilding, unsigned, circa 1900, framed (DOA 16 x 11.75 in.) (minor paint flaking in upper left quadrant).
