Late 19th - early 20th century, depicting a winged bronzed spelter female holding a lyre in her left hand while her right hand serves as a suspension post for the clock mechanism, which consists of two orbs, the larger of which is fitted with brass numerals; the whole is set on a painted circular iron base.
