Mat DOA 9 x 12 in.; Frame DOA 17.75 x 20.5 in.

Overall browning as expected; top edge of mount trimmed extremely close to the print; two small ink stains in lower right mount; a 2.25 in. split extends from the mount's upper edge into the image while another, less pronounced, is just below the upper right corner of the mount.
