Born in Atlanta, Eloise Pope attended Shorter College in Rome, GA and continued her education at Atlanta's High Museum School of Art. Ms. Pope owned Pope's Gallery in Charlotte, NC for 17 years and was president of the Watercolor Society of NC for two years, 1982 and 1983.
