18KT Gold Necklace with Kyanite Slide Pendant and an Ancient Coin Pendant

The convertible mesh necklace with removable segment for adjustable length and with integrated clasp stamped 18K and signed DFS, clasps designed to accommodate interchangeable center pendants to include one with a bezel set ancient Macedonian silver tetradrachm of Alexander III within a stylized rope twist surround, testing 18KT (1 5/16 in. diameter), and the other with an oval checkerboard cut kyanite (31.66 x 21.13 x 6.61mm) bezel set within the conforming gold surround with rope twist detailing, stamped 18K and signed DFS (1 3/16 x 1 5/8 in.).
