Circa 1900, mark of Davis & Galt of Philadelphia and retailed by Galt & Bro. of Washington, D.C., flared rim with elegantly executed cutwork and engraved design of roses, the same design is repeated on the shaped foot, with applied laurel leaf and berry die-rolled border to rim, foot and shaped handle, no monogram.
