Centering on a bezel set star sapphire (19.62 x 16.19 x 13.18mm) weighing 37.55 carats (actual) within a milgrain surround with bead set old European and transitional cut diamonds weighing approximately 1.17 total carats (G-H color, VS-SI clarity), testing platinum. The star sapphire with GIA Report stating Sri Lanka (Ceylon) origin and with no indications of heating.
