The pear shape surmount featuring round brilliant cut diamond melee pavé set in white gold within a conforming yellow gold ribbed surround, the cultured Baroque drop South Sea pearl (12.5 x 10mm) with a diamond set yellow gold cap and suspended from an articulated diamond set bar, completed with posts and Omega clip backs, stamped 18KT / HK and with a maker's mark M within a diamond shape lozenge. Total diamond weight approximately 1.40 carats (G-H color, SI1 clarity).
