In a Naturalistic design in a leaf motif with carved and diamond set veining centered with a round white pearl (12mm) to the center, completed with a single pin stem, reverse with Gauthier's signature round cut sapphire, testing 14KT. Total diamond weight approximately 1.5 carats (G-H color, VS clarity).
