Of rectangular hinged form, the black enamel case with gold outline and with gold detailing to the corners each with a cabochon ruby accent and with a diamond set clasp, case opens to reveal a gold interior with monogram in script "J.B.K. / 1964," signed Cartier NY and with obscured numbering, testing 14KT.
