The bezel set pear shape cabochon opal (25 x 20 x 5mm) with a crown motif surmount with bead detailing and two cabochon sapphire (4.75 x 3mm) accents and further accented with a round brilliant cut diamond weighing approximately .03 carat (G color, VS clarity), completed with a hinged bail with bead detailing, with Russian hallmark for 14K and with maker's mark.
