Late 19th century, two-part form, circular top with relief carved and mother of pearl inlaid border, gadrooned edge, reticulated skirt featuring cherry blossoms and birds, on a hexagonal collapsable faux bamboo base with relief carved cherry blossoms and repeating mother of pearl inlays.

29 x 36 in diameter.

Top border missing inlay; old surface; alligatoring to surface; shrinkage crack and staining to top; inlay loss throughout.
