Late 19th century, well developed with bold carvings, the crest rail featuring an unusual pediment with dog, sauceboat, and crown, above a deep scrolled surround, plush green upholstered back and seat with fully carved lion arms featuring bone teeth, repeating acanthus leaf scrolled skirt, all four legs featuring a bold carved cabriole design.
