Antique Reed & Barton Tilting Pitcher Set

Model number 1619, patented circa 1856, this pitcher set dating to circa 1872, with period "L.J.B." monogram to pitcher and both goblets, design motifs include engraved bell flower and foliate designs, applied die rolled bands featuring cupids cavorting in an exotic landscape, the pitcher's finial is a finely cast preening swan and the handle a stork with cattails, original porcelain liner intact.
