Surmount set with old rose cut diamonds suspending a pear form drop set with an old pear cut diamond (9.2 x 7.6mm) and (9.7 x 7.2mm) (K-L color, I1-I2 clarity) within a conforming surround set with old rose cut diamonds and further suspending four diamond set drops, completed with hinged lever back findings. Rose cut diamonds weigh approximately .70 total carat (K-L color, SI-I clarity).
