19th century, two light form, the central tapered standard inset with hand-painted cobalt porcelain plaques featuring a central reserve with young beauty floating above a spray of roses within a "jeweled" frame, the down-swept candle arms are mounted to the standard with a rams head and tassel, one candelabrum surmounted by a bust of a young putto, the second candelabrum surmounted by a bust of a young fairy, each with later mountings for use as lamps.

Several "jewels" missing on each porcelain plaque; spots of tarnish to gilt bronze.
