New York, New York, late 19th century, unsigned, circular table with quarter sawn oak top having an egg-and-dart carved border, skirt with applied asymmetrical acanthus and foliate design, the base featuring four carved legs with griffin head and paw feet, bold stretcher between legs featuring relief carved fruit and shell, center turned and reeded support leg, together with four leaves.
