Third quarter of the 19th century, an oblong porcelain plinth with cobalt ground and cavorting putti design is raised on a naturalistic grapevine modeled base, all of which supports a gilt bronze sculpture of two putti in a goat drawn chariot, the clock face marked "Henry Marc A Paris" and the works marked "H Marc Paris 26985."
