Thomas being a son of William Penn's and John being the last royal governor of Pennsylvania, the group to include: a clipped panel from a larger document on which are signatures of both men; plus an individual clipped signature of each man; these matted and framed below an unknown later portrait over a manuscript recording a 1735 Philadelphia deed; remnants of a Great Seal for an undetermined royal governor of Pennsylvania anchors the display. Presented in a gilt wooden frame.
