Late 19th century, quarter sawn oak, relief carved back with Griffins, arm supports with carved lion mask, plank seat, acanthus carved seat rail, on paw feet.

44 x 25 x 21 in.; Seat height 17.5 in.

Refinished; crack and repair to back and to rear joint of arms; now in good stable condition.
