Jerry Stelmok (b. 1948) is one of the few, and likely the best, craftsmen devoted to wood and canvas canoes. His canoes are modeled after a design by Edward M. White of Gilman Falls from the late 1880s. White's design was based on those used by members of the Abenaki of northeastern North America.

Only twelve Millennium Sojourners were created. Each one is a true work of art - celebrating Jerry's lifelong interests in art, wildlife and fine canoe building.

Overall good condition; some scuffs to edges; some small indents to interior.
