A Pair of Victorian Silver Inkwells

The first with mark of John Grinsell & Sons, London (1896); the second with mark of Mappin Brothers, London (1898); both of rectangular form with flared base, unusual construction completely encases the glass inkwells, silver base screws onto base, hinged covers.
