Attributed to the Duncan Phyfe shop, circa 1810-1820, chestnut secondary, concave crest rail with burlwood veneer panel featuring ebonized line inlay surround, relief carved and pierced horizontal backsplat with central rosette, upholstered slip seat, sabre legs.

Reupholstered seats; wear and scraping to all chairs including overall dry surface; later corner brace blocks; one chair with five-inch break and loss to right seat rail, and with joint looseness.
