Likely German or Austrian, 16th century or earlier, tempera and gold on oak panel, presented in a later antique gilt frame set within a hardwood frame with worn red velvet liner, bearing a later gallery plaque, a typed note and remants of a hand-written note are affixed to the verso of the panel.

From the Collection of the late Sue Tucker Briggs, Raleigh, North Carolina This panel would likely have been part of a triptych or diptych commissioned for private reflection and prayer. A similar panel, featuring these three saints and part of a larger triptych, is in the collection of the Cleveland Museum of Art.
Some possible later restoration - the young Christ's face appearing to be overpainted.
