19th century, well developed polished brass stand with putti, lion masks, geese, flowers, two inset glass wells with acanthus leaf lids, central painted porcelain lidded ink press over a double handled font, on bold scrolled feet.

Verdigris; looseness to upper putti; rubbing to painted porcelain; staining from use; small area of loss to bottom center right scroll tip; edge chips to one glass well at upper rim.
