Alice Delaye was a French artist who was born in Saint-Maur and worked in the Impressionist style. Delaye exhibited at the annual exhibition at the Société des Artistes Français for a number of subsequent years in the early twentieth century, and she received several accolades for her contributions to the exhibitions.

Some minor, light surface grime and few unobtrusive abrasions.
