...in the Court of Admiralty at Newbern" and was bound for Philadelphia with "
Three hundred & Twenty Nine Barrels of Tar" under master John Alderson of Beaufort County (NC). The documents are presented in a deluxe book-form case with a gilt leather spine and marbled interior..
