19th century, appears unmarked, possibly a fountain head, in the form of a double tailed figure adorned with a laurel wreath crown, blowing a horn, raised on a square plinth with turtle.

Pitting and surface rust; weld repair and slight open crack (open crack is near the base) running up the figure's back into the center of the head; weld repairs to the right arm and horn; overall good stable condition with an attractive verdigris.
