Alvin Harris (1904-1975), Atlantic, NC. This masterwork by Alvin Harris is rare and significant. Jack Dudley in his book
Carteret Waterfowl Heritage writes, "Alvin Harris was Carteret's second finest decoy maker, second only to Mitchell Fulcher." This decoy is hollow and made from juniper. It has been rigged and hunted as a stake up decoy, circa 1950.
