19th century, the first with satin wood and dark wood inlays, hinged lid with banded inlay, interior with wood seat and ceramic pot, banded and inlaid font panel on square tapered feet (19 x 20 x 17.75 in); the second figured mahogany veneer with a hinged shaped lid, interior with wood seat and enamel ware pot, pull out front step on front whorl feet (18.25 x 19 x 19 in.).
